the balloons are really pretty but i think it would be better if you had drawn real people instead of stick figures and colored them in also...
When I look at the picture I see the balloons but not really the people because they are dark and small in the corner. If they were colored in they would look more like they were part of the picture.
like the other guy said, it would make a nice t-shirt design. you should try submitting it to Threadless.

maybe you should practice drawing realistically more, i've seen some of the "real people" you've drawn in the past and they look like.... people.
I remember that drawing where that guy ate an apple seed and he had a tree sticking thru him.. (lol) that was a good drawing, and he wasnt a stick person.
its more interesting than fuzzy stick figures anyway
